Description
- Assist in live stream sessions.
- Edit videos and posters for the live stream.
- Actively participate in live stream sessions, ensuring that the content is in line with certain promotions, activities, and guided script.
- Support Live Hosts: Provide real-time assistance to Live Hosts, assist with moderation and any other needs that arise during the session. Be their go-to person for any questions, concerns, or technical issues they may encounter.
- Review the overall quality of Live Shows: Assess the content, presentation, and engagement of Live Shows, ensuring that they meet our high standards and adhere to our community guidelines.
- Share feedback with the internal team: Collaborate with the internal team to provide constructive feedback on Live Shows, identifying areas of improvement and sharing insights to enhance the user experience.
- Suggest improvements to Live Hosts: After each session, work closely with Live Hosts to provide tailored recommendations for how they can improve the quality of their future Live Shows.
- Create guided script, study the live analytics, and make good promotions or activities in the live selling.
- Do market research and study online platform algorithm.
- Analyze data in engagements, and sales.
Requirements
- A graduate of bachelor’s degree in business or marketing field or related course
- Conversant in English
- A passion for sustainable fashion, secondhand marketplace trends, and an understanding of online platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Live Hosts and the internal team.
- Experience in content moderation, live streaming, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in content quality and user experience.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience using social media platforms, especially those focused on video and live streaming content.
- Have high optimism and energy in doing task.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
- Must know basic Video Editing
