الوصف

  • Prepare and manage client contracts, ensuring all documents are complete and correct.
  • Monitor payment schedules and make sure clients pay on time.
  • Work with the Finance team to follow up on unpaid balances.
  • Handle and update the company’s Facebook page.
  • Help with other admin or support tasks as needed.


المتطلبات

  • Graduate of Business, Marketing, or a related course.
  • 2–3 years of work experience, preferably in automotive or heavy equipment industries.
  • Confident, motivated, and enjoys working in sales.
  • Good at talking to clients and building relationships.
  • Knows how to manage social media and create simple designs.
  • Can use design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
