Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc.
Responsible for supporting a variety of day-to-day project management and tactical support activities to ensure the effective execution of our marketing and advertising efforts. He / She will report to our Marketing Manager and will work closely with other departments throughout the company. The Marketing Coordinator may also assist our agency and vendor partners working with us. This is project-oriented role with the opportunity to learn, grow, and to share ideas that help us achieve our goals. We seek an individual capable of handling multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously, who can work independently but also collaborate as part of a team. Excellent communication and project management skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and Task Management. Tactical support which may include:
Assist and support our Marketing Manager and staff in their day-to-day work.
Plan and coordinate live or virtual events to support our sales and design teams.
Administer our blog and social media content marketing calendar.
Monitor social media channels and follow guidelines to respond to online conversation.
Review inbound marketing forms and / or emails and distribute to staff as appropriate.
Data entry and input into various tools and systems (CRM, Email, Teams, Excel, etc).
Interact with vendor partners who will handle various tactical projects and activities.
Track and report budgets, expenses and KPI metrics in a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheet).
Conduct secondary and competitive research through online search.
Write and edit correspondence, online content, social posts, press releases or other documents as directed by team members.
Support the CMO, Marketing Manager, and Leadership Team with additional tasks as needed
Perform other duties as assigned.
Campaign Execution: Assist with the development and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns.
Email, social media, and content marketing (blog & website), to drive awareness and generate leads.
Software Use and Data Processing. Use software and tools to create weekly lead lists.
Seamless.ai to create weekly lead lists for sales and business development.
Zapier to automate workflows between the website, email marketing tools, and CRM systems, ensuring a seamless lead-generation process.
Email Marketing: Utilize MailChimp to design and implement nurture sequences based on lead stages.
Performance Analysis
Monitor Google Tag Manager (GTM) Connections: Ensure all tags function correctly and capture necessary insights.
Google Analytics: Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, reviewing metrics like user engagement, traffic sources, conversion rates, and bounce rates to guide marketing strategies.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve future marketing efforts

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge about our business to marketing tasks and initiatives.
High levels of integrity, collaboration, and initiative.
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
A positive attitude; strong work ethic; adaptable to change.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Squarespace or WordPress, Hootsuite, MailChimp, GTM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO (SemRush), Zapier, and CRM Software.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
