1. Responsible for proactively identifying, contacting, and expanding high-quality projects in the Web3 industry that have genuine growth needs (DeFi, GameFi, infrastructure, L2, AI, etc.) to quickly establish partnerships;

2. Utilize existing resources to reach out to key decision-makers of projects in bulk, accurately convey the platform's value, and encourage them to publish tasks on TaskOn and engage in user growth collaborations;

3. Develop tailored platform deployment plans for partner projects, including task design, incentive structures, AMA events, co-promotions, etc., and follow through the entire process of execution and conversion;

4. Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to gather feedback on project needs, driving platform function optimization and service standardization;

5. Establish and maintain a project collaboration database to create a high-quality ecosystem of project partners and build long-term relationships with core collaborators.

Web3 Business Development Manager (BD Manager), remote positions available: 5, base salary: 10k-20k, commission rate: 5%-10% based on the bonuses awarded by project parties upon task completion for the month;

Job Requirements

1. Over 2 years of experience in business development, ecosystem collaboration, or operations within the Web3 industry, with knowledge of core sectors such as DeFi/GameFi;

2. Possess a substantial network of high-quality Web3 project resources (over 100) or market business connections, including KOLs/Marketing Agents, capable of independently initiating project communications and implementation;

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, project management abilities, and data sensitivity;

4. Fluent in English, capable of engaging with international project parties;

5. Passionate about the crypto industry, willing to deeply understand the growth pain points and needs of project parties.
