A Glimpse into Your New Role
Your role is to follow up on inbound enquiries and wake leads that may have fallen out of touch point or need a specific follow up action. This may include following up on leads from ad-hoc lead gen campaigns or other discrete lead sets that require a specific follow up strategy. These leads come from tradesmen that request more information about joining the platform and you will communicate the key benefits of the web based advertising that new customers will receive as a member.
You know you are successful when you are converting customers at or above the targeted rate for your role or the campaign, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs. You’re able to use your expertise on the product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in a phone based role taking or making a high volume of inbound calls, preferably in a sales environment. Preferred experience in working to sales targets and KPI’s.
