Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Odoo Functional Consultant, located in Cebu with some work from home flexibility. The Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, developing solutions, and providing expert consulting services in the implementation of Odoo ERP software. The role includes requirements gathering, process mapping, configuring Odoo applications, and providing end-user training. Additionally, the Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business processes and develop solutions
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Experience in Business Process mapping and optimization
• Expertise in Consulting within the domain of ERP implementation
• Basic understanding of Finance to align business requirements with financial processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Odoo ERP software is a must
• Must be based in Metro Manila or surrounding cities or provinces.
• Ability to travel to client site as needed.
