Description
- Handling incoming calls and other communication as well as greeting clients and office visitors.
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands
- Maintaining, scanning, and recording, of files
- Prepare, process and collate documents for signature
- Gathering, organizing and preparing of reports
Requirements
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Warm personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
