  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication.

المتطلبات

  • At least 6 months BPO voice international experience
  • Willing to work ONSITE
  • At least 50 years old and below
  • Willing to work graveyard shift/shifting schedule/weekends/holidays
