  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and improve account management.
  • Maintain a well-organized work environment to enhance productivity.
  • Demonstrate resilience under pressure while effectively handling multiple tasks and challenges.
  • Manage diverse personalities and resolve conflicts with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and managers to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Aligns with the company policies, mission, vision, goals, and objectives;
  • Accomplishes other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

المتطلبات

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a leadership role as Host Team Leader
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate various interpersonal dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage stress and remain composed in challenging situations.
  • A proactive and motivated attitude toward achieving goals and enhancing team success
