• Oversee daily production operations and workflows
• Ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
• Train and develop production staff
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and best practices

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any 5 years engineering courses
• Proven experience as supervisory or managerial position in a releted field
• Has at least 3 years of work experience related manufacturing industry (Plastic Bags & Rolls)
