Description
- Oversee production processes, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with team members.
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality and efficiency targets.
- Manage and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor production metrics and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and address issues.
- Prepare reports on production performance for management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in production, preferably in the food industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of quality standards and food safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may involve shifts, and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
