  • Lead and supervise production team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor production schedules and quality control standards.
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train and motivate team members to meet production goals.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize production processes.
  • Report on production performance and identify areas for improvement.

المتطلبات

  •  College graduate
  •  Have work experience in a Japanese Manufacturing company
  •  Must have experience in Production Management plus can analyze assembly problems
  •  Able to manage teams, coordinating to different departments, and ensuring timely preparation of parts for production use
  •  Have people and parts management skills
  •  Keen to details by ensuring parts are prepared and assembled to exact specifications with minimal errors
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management and other departments
  • Excellent in using excel, formulas and ppt
