- 建設現場の監督・管理を行う。
- 進捗状況の確認及びスケジュール調整。
- 安全管理や品質管理の実施。
- 施工スタッフとのコミュニケーションを強化。
- 問題解決能力を活かし、迅速な対応を行う。
Requirements
- 日本語能力試験N1、もしくはそれに準ずるレベルの方
- 学歴不問
- 経験不問
- 基本的な建築知識
- チーム管理能力
- コミュニケーション能力
- 現場監督業務全般
- 安全管理の徹底
- 快適な労働環境の維持
- 状況判断力と問題解決能力
- 責任感が強く、誠実な人材
