Description
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, services, or processes
- Monitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement
- Document quality issues and prepare detailed reports
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality problems
- Maintain quality management systems and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies
- Good communication and documentation skills
