Description

· Warmly welcome all visitors to the office, directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room. 

· Answer and direct all incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed and transferring calls to the relevant staff member. 

· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate recipients. 

· Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry. 

· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring office supplies are stocked. 

· Log visitor details, manage access control, and provide basic information as needed. 

·  Address inquiries from visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner. 

Requirements

  • College graduate
  • At least 1 year work experience as Receptionist or Front Desk Staff
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as telephones, printers, and fax machines
