Duties & Responsibilities

• Accepts approved Employee Requisition Form and determines strategies on how to source & screen applicants for the vacancies
• Matches qualifications & competencies of applicants with those required for the job and screens applicants accordingly;
• Administers tests to determine abilities and skills of applications
• Conducts initial interviews and endorses those who pass to the HR Manager and/or Hiring Manager for further assessment
• Conducts background check of shortlisted candidates
• Facilitates submission/completion of pre-employment requirements
• Onboards new hires prior to endorse to Hiring Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing methods, and interview practices.
• Familiarity with social media platforms ( Indeed, Facebook etc.) and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
• Preferably 1-2 years of proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
