Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing techniques.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any Related course
- At least 1 year of recruitment or any HR related experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity in using Microsoft Office Tools.
- Willing to work in Santolan and Ortigas, Pasig
