Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our market research and feasibility study initiatives. The role involves assisting in survey distribution, data gathering, and documentation of findings. The Research Assistant will help facilitate focus group discussions (FGDs), support interview sessions, and contribute to the preparation of reports and insights that inform project validation and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute and collect surveys across identified target groups
• Assist in conducting interviews and FGDs, including note-taking and coordination
• Gather, organize, and input data from various sources
• Support the analysis and synthesis of research findings
• Contribute to the development of interim and final research reports
