Description
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in business management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: New business development, problem-solving, excellent communication, operations management, and team building.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential for travel; must be adaptable to changing priorities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, time management, creativity, and interpersonal skills are essential.
