  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
  • Advise customers by providing information on products
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Represent MKS Workforce Management Services with a professional appearance and demeanor

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic mathematical skills, and proficiency in using POS systems.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greeting customers, assisting in product selection, managing inventory, handling transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Personable, motivated, attentive to detail, and a team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
