• Create, optimize and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, backend keywords and images. 

• Manage flat-file uploads and bulk edits to keep catalogues accurate and up to date. 

• Monitor account health metrics (stranded inventory, suppressed listings, buy box percentage) and resolve issues promptly. 

• Plan and deploy organic growth tactics: promotions, coupons, Subscribe & Save, and A+ Content/Brand Store refreshes. 

• Analyse performance data (sessions, conversion rate, sales) and recommend process improvements to your Account Manager. 

• Document SOP enhancements and share best practices with the team.
