Job Title: RF Engineer – Telecommunications

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join our telecommunications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing radio frequency systems for wireless communication networks. Key duties include RF planning, conducting site surveys, performing drive tests, analyzing network performance, and troubleshooting RF-related issues. The candidate should have experience with tools such as Atoll, TEMS, or similar, and a strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and/or 5G technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in RF engineering

• 2+ years of experience on Telco Industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of RF propagation, antenna systems, and network optimization
