الوصف

  • Support sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Support sales team by managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating communications.
  • Maintain and update sales records and databases.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and prepare materials.
  • Assist in processing orders and tracking shipments.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors professionally.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and metrics.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and coordination abilities, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in reporting.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typical business hours with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
