Description

  • Facilitate Marketing Activities for the company's different frozen food brands.
  • Should have years of experience in Modern Retail Merchandising, push selling and trade marketing.
  • Should be able to submit project budgets and targets and organize teams for marketing activities and coordinate with multiple agencies to help source manpower for these endeavors
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, organize and manage field teams for ground marketing activities.
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends, competitors, and sales data to shape strategies.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills to communicate campaign effectiveness.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools for marketing tracking.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and product development teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-ground supervision of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop marketing materials tailored to modern retail and traditional trade.
  • Experience in SKU-level promotion planning and stock rotation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics marketing dynamics (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in modern trade retail marketing or FMCG merchandising.
  • Proven experience in push selling strategies and achieving product visibility in retail outlets.
  • Hands-on knowledge of trade marketing tactics and in-store promotions.
  • Ability to plan and execute BTL (Below the Line) marketing campaigns.
  • Competence in developing and managing project budgets and resource plans.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating external agencies, such as staffing, creative, or event firms.
