What You’ll Do

- Build and manage client relationships with owners, architects, and contractors to identify project opportunities

- Conduct site inspections, prepare technical proposals, traffic analysis, and accurate cost quotations

- Lead negotiations, manage bids, review contracts, and coordinate closely with internal teams for smooth project execution

- Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and assist in collections and documentation to support end-to-end sales delivery

What We’re Looking For

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or technical sales within the construction industry

-Engineering graduates are preferred, particularly those with a background in Mechanical Engineering

-Residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred for ease of mobility and fieldwork

-Experience in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage

-Candidates must reside within or be willing to be assigned to any of the following areas:

• Western Visayas – Panay, Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, Iloilo, Negros, Siquijor
• Western Mindanao – Zamboanga, SoCCSKSarGen, BARMM
• NCR – Pasig, Pateros, Rizal, Marikina
• NCR – Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Bulacan, Clark, Pampanga, Bataan
• South Luzon – Laguna West, Calauan, Los Baños, East Luzon to East Quezon
• North & Central Luzon – Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, Zambales, North Luzon
