Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Manage orders – from processing to coordinating deliveries and handling returns or complaints.
  • Provide after-sales support – ensure customer satisfaction through timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Sell products online through platforms like TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Track and maintain records – regularly update inventory, and prepare daily and monthly sales reports using Excel.

Requirements

  • College graduate – Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any course.
  • With at least 1 year of experience – Preferably with background in sales, customer service, or related roles.
  • Good communication skills – Able to respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally via chat or calls.
  • Comfortable using Excel – Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel for creating and updating sales reports.
