Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize outreach and revenue.
• Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school graduate, college level, or degree holder in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales; prior team lead experience is an advantage.
• Industry Background: Preferably with experience in telecommunications, broadband, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
