Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for a Sales Support professional. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team with operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and handling communications. The Sales Support professional will work closely with the sales team to provide administration and analytical support.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Willing to report in Makati office from Mon to Fri.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Sales Operations
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
