Description
- Manage and organize office operations and administrative tasks.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Support staff with various clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: With or Without experience/Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
