الوصف

  • Support the Detachment Commander in all aspects of detachment operations.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing detachment missions.
  • Oversee the training and development of detachment personnel.
  • Manage detachment resources effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical and logistical support.
  • Collaborate with other detachments and departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

المتطلبات

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Detachment Commander or ADC.
  • Possession of CSP and BOSH certificates (minimum requirement).
  • Proven analytical and tactical skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
