The Senior Marketing Executive collaborates with their immediate superior to develop and execute a marketing mix strategy (4Ps – Price, Product, Promotion, and Place) for both existing and new products, aiming to maximize market share and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1.Lead Management

• Drive lead generation via e-marketing, campaigns, events, and third-party sources.

• Monitor Sales team engagement and lead conversion rates; recommend improvements.

2.Marketing Planning & Strategy (20%)

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and market trends.

• Manage A&P activities, budgets, and performance, support customer acquisition and retention.

3.Promotional Activities (20%)

• Organize launches, events, and focus groups.

• Ensure brand consistency; develop materials and coordinate with agencies.

• Conduct market research on competition and pricing.

4.Regional Campaign Execution (20%)

• Lead local rollout of regional campaigns, set targets, and report performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to boost engagement and participation.

5.Market Analytics & Business Insights (20%)

• Analyze customer, sales, and market data to guide strategy.

• Maintain intelligence databases and support inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Background in Material Handling Equipment and Rental (Forklift, Cranes, Gondola, Lift Truck, Aerial Work Platform, Dock Levelers, Car Parking Systems, Building Maintenance Systems, Hand Pallet Trucks)
• At least 3-5 work experience in Marketing
• Background in Marketing for B2B (Business to Business)
• At least graduate of marketing or related courses
• Experience in exhibits, campaigns, social media, brand mgt
• Willing to work in Bicutan Paranaque
