SEO Specialist (Guest Posting & Outreach)

Location: Remote – Full-Time

We are looking for a results-oriented SEO Specialist with a focus on Guest Posting & Outreach to help us strengthen our backlink profile and improve search engine rankings. This role involves identifying link-building opportunities, managing outreach campaigns, and building strong relationships with niche-relevant websites.

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative and relevant websites.
• Identify and contact websites and blogs for guest posting opportunities.
• Create compelling outreach emails and negotiate placements to ensure optimal link positioning and context.
• Coordinate with internal and external writers to ensure content meets both our standards and the publishing site's guidelines.
• Track and analyze backlink acquisition performance using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and link-building trends.
• Maintain and grow relationships with webmasters, bloggers, editors, and influencers for ongoing collaboration.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, particularly in outreach and guest posting.
• Proven success in securing high-quality backlinks through guest posting campaigns.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; strong writing and editing skills are a plus.
