We are looking for an enthusiastic and pioneering Business Development Manager to join the core team at PayDD. You will be responsible for driving market partnerships and business growth for the company's products in key areas such as cross-border enterprises and Web3, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and assisting in the creation of a commercially influential ecosystem.

Responsibilities:   

- Develop and manage cooperative channels, partners, and B-end customer resources to drive business growth   

- Identify potential market opportunities, build business development strategies, and formulate actionable growth plans   

- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and technical teams to translate customer needs into product optimization directions   

- Participate in business negotiations, contract signing processes, and the execution of cooperative projects   

- Maintain customer relationships, track cooperation effectiveness, and enhance customer satisfaction and renewal rates   

- Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and various external communication activities to enhance brand influence
