3. Collaborate with product, operations, and BI teams to implement diverse commercialization scenarios;

4. Analyze competitor commercial strategies and propose innovative revenue models based on market trends;

5. Establish a commercialization testing mechanism to validate the effectiveness of various promotional schemes.

1. Over 7 years of experience in commercial operations or product management, with more than 3 years in a managerial position;

2. Familiarity with the business models of iGaming or other high-revenue games;

3. Mastery of revenue metric structures and user segmentation models;

4. Strong data analysis skills and experience in experimental design;

5. Proficient in both English and Chinese, with preference given to candidates with global business design experience.

(Additional Qualifications)

1. Familiarity with RFM models and A/B testing;

2. Preference for candidates with community or KOL operations experience.
