الوصف

  • Manage Online Orders – Process and monitor customer orders from Shopee and Lazada.
  • Stock Monitoring – Regularly check and update stock levels; coordinate with the warehouse for restocking.
  • Order Fulfillment – Ensure accurate order processing, coordinate with the warehouse for packing and shipping, and track deliveries until completion.
  • Customer Service – Respond to inquiries, handle complaints, process refunds/returns, and maintain good store ratings.
  • Sales & Promotions – Set up discounts, vouchers, and participate in platform sales events.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Generate sales reports, analyze trends, and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Computer & Online Tasks – Use online tools for order processing, stock updates, reporting, and account management.
  • Compliance – Follow Shopee / Lazada policies, address account issues, and ensure smooth online operations.

المتطلبات

  • With experience in e-commerce.
