About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Social Media Business Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, and a deep understanding of international market trends. This role will also involve attracting and engaging local talent in the Philippines through various social media platforms.

Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT (subject to flexibility and change upon prior notice)

Work set-up: Predominantly work from home (may be required to report to Mandaluyong or Makati offices when needed)



What you’ll d

  • oDevelop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals, primarily targeting LinkedIn, but also including other platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • .Own and drive the LinkedIn strategy and execution for Penbrothers’ corporate pag
  • eManage other PB social pages (Facebook and Instagram), focusing on candidate engagement and employee-related conten
  • tDevelop and execute the editorial calendar - propose weekly/monthly content ideas, prepare planning spreadsheets, and guide the directio
  • nAnalyze social media performance and prepare reports with actionable insight
  • sStrategize and execute content to drive both brand visibility and lead generatio
  • nMicro goal: increase impressions, engagement, follower
  • sMacro goal: generate leads (bigger goal that naturally comes after increasing traction in social media pages
  • )Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to B2B audiences internationally, as well as content aimed at attracting local talent in the Philippines
  • .Propose editorial themes, based on trends and competitor researc
  • hWork closely with internal teams to plan and align content calendar
  • sCreate post copywriting and briefs for visual assets (all graphics and visuals will be produced by other team members
  • )Audience Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and local talent, by engaging with content, responding to comments, and managing online communities
  • .Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement
  • .Analyze and report on post performance using native platform insights, Google Analytics, and Exce
  • lExtract conclusions and improve strategy iteratively
  • .Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives and business objectives
  • .Primary focus: LinkedI
  • nSecondary: Facebook & Instagra
  • mMonitor and respond to community engagement/comments on all platforms
  • .Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly those relevant to B2B marketing and talent acquisition
  • .Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, TA, and HR teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across all channels
