We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software / I.T. Manager to join our team at United Bearing Industrial Corporation in Binondo, Manila City. As the I.T. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our Information Technology department. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and optimal performance of our technology infrastructure to support the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy to align with overall business goals
• Manage and oversee the IT team, including task allocation, performance reviews and professional development
• Identify and implement new technologies, systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor IT system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations
• Ensure IT security protocols are in place and regularly reviewed to protect against cyber threats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their technology requirements and deliver innovative solutions
• Manage IT budgets and procurement of hardware, software and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an I.T. Manager or equivalent role in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Proven track record of leading and managing an IT department successfully
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in managing IT infrastructure, systems and applications
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills to address complex issues efficiently
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically and align IT initiatives with overall business goals
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
