  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House store operations.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and control costs effectively.
  • Implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Train and develop staff to maintain service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, inventory management, teamwork, attention to detail, and customer management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for irregular hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Problem solver, team player, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
