Responsibilities:

• Call outbound leads from provided lists
• Qualify leads using provided criteria
• Live-transfer qualified leads to closers
• Log call activity and hit daily targets
• Meet 250-300 dials/day and 5 transfer/day

Compensation:

• Pay every 15th and 30th
• Fixed shift hours. PH 8PM-5AM
• Commissions + Incentives

• Excellent spoken English (clear and confident)
• Sales or outbound calling experience
• Strong internet + quiet home setup
