  • Develop and deliver training on products and services (CARRIER BRAND)
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements
  • Update training materials (e.g. presentations, manuals, videos)
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees (promoters)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and make improvements as needed
  • Maintain current knowledge of products and industry developments

المتطلبات

  • Experience in product training in appliances
  • Proficiency with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools
  • Bachelor's degree in education, training, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in training or related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess and understand the needs of learners
  • Experience with instructional design and training materials development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
