Skills and Qualifications:

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License required.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (preferably in triage, emergency room, or telehealth settings).

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patient symptoms via phone or telehealth to prioritize care needs.

• Provide timely and accurate advice based on clinical guidelines.

• Identify urgent or emergency situations and guide patients to the appropriate level of care.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Document patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Educate patients on self-care and symptom management.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical protocols and procedures.
