Job Description:

About the Role: We are seeking qualified and dedicated US Registered Nurses (USRNs) based in the Philippines to join our growing healthcare support team. As a USRN, you will provide clinical support services to healthcare providers, insurance companies, or patients in the United States, ensuring high-quality patient care and documentation in line with US standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform clinical review and documentation based on medical charts, patient interviews, or claims Provide telephonic triage, patient education, or case management support, depending on the assigned account Ensure compliance with HIPAA, clinical protocols, and healthcare regulations Collaborate with physicians, case managers, or care coordinators in the US to ensure continuity of care Participate in continuous training to stay updated with US clinical guidelines and standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Active PHRN and USRN license
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (hospital or US healthcare BPO setting)
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation systems
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, or US hours as required
