We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our growing team remotely. As a key administrative partner, you’ll assist with daily operations, client communications, scheduling, and back end coordination for our personalized wellness and fitness programs.


This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, comfortable using digital tools, and passionate about supporting meaningful wellness work from behind the scenes.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence and coordinate calendars for coaches and consultants.
  • Assist with client onboarding, booking sessions, and responding to client inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain digital records, wellness program files, and feedback reports.
  • Support scheduling and communication for online workshops or corporate sessions.
  • Help track client progress and send follow-ups or reminders as needed.
  • Update content or schedules across internal tools (Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, etc.)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar remote support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom, Trello, Notion, or Asana.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle client information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through with minimal supervision.
