- Answer emails and phone calls from customers with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy to make cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet.
- Multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Must have strong typing skills for note-taking and data entry during calls.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate message taking and forwarding.
- Be adaptable to various industries and client needs.
- Must be familiar with telephone systems and call management software
- Handle possible unexpected situations and provide appropriate responses
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product or service features
- Remain knowledgeable on products or services offered and discuss available options
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by Management.

- At least three (3) years of experience in Virtual Assistant roles and Sales is a plus.
- Excellent English communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Team player mentality to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors effectively.Familiarity with telephone systems and call management software.
- Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and provide appropriate responses.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate message taking and forwarding.
- Adaptability to various industries and client needs.
- Strong typing skills for note-taking and data entry during calls.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with callers, including those in stressful situations.
- Reliable and punctual attendance, often in a 24/7 work environment.
- Willingness to undergo training and continuously improve skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is beneficial but not always required.
- Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
- Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
- Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 12 - 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
- A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
- Back-up power/internet is a plus
