Description
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Manage table settings and cleanliness.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet customer needs.
- Assist in training new staff when needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome; no prior experience necessary.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service skills, ability to multitask.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, punctual, reliable, and adaptable team player.
