  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Delivering orders to tables promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Assisting with table set-up and clearing
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations


المتطلبات

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar hospitality setting
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule and the willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
