  • Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are served correctly and promptly, adhering to the restaurant's standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests during the dining experience.


المتطلبات

  • Educational Attainment: At least college level Open for OJT experience
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Communication: Clear and effective verbal communication with guests and kitchen staff.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep track of orders.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in taking orders and ensuring food and beverages are delivered correctly.
  • Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for extended periods and carry food and drinks.
  • Knowledge of the Menu: Familiarity with the restaurant's menu and ability to answer customer questions.
