  • Greet and escort customers to their tables.
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders and relay to kitchen staff.
  • Ensure excellent dining experience for our guests at Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service in our fast-paced Food & Beverages industry.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required, entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Should have excellent hospitality skills, waitering expertise, experience in quick service restaurants preferred, and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet and seat customers, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, must be able to work on feet for extended periods, and handle busy dining hours with composure.
  • Qualities and Traits: Looking for a team player with a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
