  • Review and verify warranty claims based on terms and conditions.
  • Maintain organized records with complete documentation.
  • Communicate with customers, service teams, and manufacturers.
  • Address warranty-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with service teams on mechanical issues.
  • Assess the validity of warranty claims.
  • Collaborate with the service team to understand and evaluate mechanical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/ College Graduate of any four-year course
  • With automotive background
  • Strong Communication Skills (written and oral)
  • With Microsoft Office Skills
  • Preferably with warranty handling experience
