Design and implement both online and offline user engagement activities to enhance user participation and platform retention.
Develop customized promotions, rewards, and interactive campaigns based on user behavior and market trends.
Analyze user data to identify inactive users and implement targeted re-engagement strategies.
Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to optimize user activation and retention processes.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine engagement strategies based on data insights.
Collect and analyze user feedback to adjust retention strategies and maximize impact.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience in user operations, engagement strategies, or event planning in online platforms.
Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in data tracking and analysis tools.
Creative and proactive, capable of independently driving initiatives and improving user experience.
Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
Experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry is highly preferred.
On-site work is required after becoming a permanent employee.
